How to schedule our services:
- Please email me (Jeanette) at LadyJPets@verizon.net for scheduling your boarding needs as I then have a record of our correspondence. PLEASE ALSO NOTE YOUR PREFERRED DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIMES.

- Please text me at 703 298-7373 for same day cancellations.

- Please text me at 703 298-7373 when you arrive to drop off or pick up your dogs and PLEASE DO NOT RING THE DOORBELL as it upsets all the pups.

- When you have scheduled a drop off or pick up, please be considerate of our time as we are waiting for you and we try to work our feedings and other chores around those scheduled arrivals and departures.

- Please bring more food for your dog than you think he/she may need during their stay as circumstances may change and you may not be able to pick-up as scheduled.

Our hours for dropping off and picking up your dogs are:

Monday - Friday | 7am - 7pm

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays | 8am to 6pm

 

NOTE: WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR VACATION THE FOLLOWING 2024 DATES:

April 26 - May 5, 2024

September 7 - October 5, 2024

There will be no boarding during those dates.
